Hu is a Technical Advisor at Bounce.finance and S.finance, and a coder at Payaso.io. He created UU.Finance (a stablecoin project) and he’s also a Helmet.Insure main contributor. He holds the position of Director of Research, Investment and Managing Director of NGC Ventures (AntiMatter's key investor). Lu co-founded Econ-Box and ShowGo, and in 2020 created Bounce.Finance.

He has a BA in Economics and Quantitative Economics plus Game Theory Background from Reed College. Jack Lu is responsible for the AntiMatter protocol design. The rest of the six developers remain anonymous. Only two core contributors of the company are listed on the AntiMatter website: Jack Lu and Robert Hu.
The list of investors includes NGC Ventures, Monday Capital and Sparx Digital Capital. To prove the flexibility of the infrastructure and prepare the project for mass adoption, AntiMatter was launched with an IDO at three sites at once – PolkaStarter, Bounce and WeStarter. AntiMatter tries to simplify everything for the user and give a clear and flexible option mechanism for decentralized finance. Most of the existing DeFi protocols have a rather complex structure.
The main goal of the developers is to become the Uniswap for options and derivatives. The initial product is a tokenized perpetual call/put option, through which traders can create and trade on the platform at any time, along with secondary market opportunities – market-making and price arbitrage.
